Newbie long term plans, any advices highly appreciated!

Hello STM members!

I would like to ask what do You think about my plans regarding to affiliate marketing. So, I am from East Europe (Slovakia) and due to salaries issue I have decided to move abroad to Denmark. I have got a job offer from Copenhagen. Its a labour job, working 6 days per week. I made some calculations and it seems like this: on working days I can focus on affiliate 2 hours per day. There is one day off the work, then I can focus on AM 12 hours per day. So weekly approximately 25 hours. After one year that would be around 1300 hours input. I already put sth like 200-300 hours, however I did not take serious action (yeah I know joining STM was probably one of the best if not the best action in my whole AM carrer). Mainly these hours were Youtube videos and articles, dont know if these hours do count, hopefully yes. So this would be the first issue. The second is the financial stuff. As long as I get min salary in Denmark its still worth to move there, and I also like to travel, therefore I think its a good idea. I can save monthly around 0,8k-1k (EUR), i will spend only for food (will cook by myself in order to save as much as I can). My plan is to become a full time affiliate within 2 years, but honestly 1 year would be better . So guys what do You think? Is it possible? By full time I mean I would like to earn 2k-4k, thats enough for my expenses (even in Denmark) and to invest to affiliate. However I do know 1k saving monthly its not a huge amount of money, yet in one year its 12k, after 2 years it would be at least 24k (at least because, I will get after few months higher salary, hopefully). What do You think about my attitude? Is it doable? Thank for any advices!

Best Regards

Adam

It all comes down to what you are capable of

2 hours a day is not that much, but if you spend them effectively... that's another story. Large part of what we are doing is about waiting for the data to come in, so if you plan wisely, you don't really need more than 2 hours of intense work a day.

1-2 years... some people just need a few months, some will never make it... it's really hard to predict what's gonna happen in your case.

Same goes for the budget, $1k is not that much, but since you have a job and can afford to invest more later on, it can be enough again. Just progress slowly and watch your expenses. On top of that, it's not like you will be losing everything that you invest, based on the ROI, some of the funds will come back and the better your ROI is, the faster you can grow your bankroll.

To sum it up: if you can invest $1k a month and you are willing to spread this across a longer period of time (1-2 years) while slowly learning the ins and outs... you can definitely succeed.

Amys tutorials are the best ones when starting out... simple to follow, to the point, well detailed... go for it
