Google partnership - is it good? Please share your experiences. (5)

Google has this partnership and premier partnership programme for ad spend of $10,000 or above within a period alongwith a few other criteria. Has anyone gone through the process and experienced the benefits? Mind sharing your experiences? Also, any tips to make the process of getting the partnership badge easier is much appreciated. Thanks!

I have a client, who is an actual NPO and got the grant. Can't say much on the approval process, it was a hustle even with an actual and functioning NPO, took several months, consultations and some fees to prepare everything needed, wasn't easy. There are agencies who specialise in helping you on the way.

As of the traffic - it's ok quality, you have some restrictions and can't use the ads platform as you'd normally do, there are pros and cons on their rules on how to run ads - it has its own rules. There is stuff like minimum ctr% that your ads must have, you can't randomly put every keyword.

The grant is different... In fact some 'guru' had misled me and I thought they would offer the partnership if you use the grant money of $10,000 or manage it, they would give the partnership too. I followed up with Google and they clarified they won't give a partnership to spend from the free $10,000 grant. It has to be actual money spent. They have some other criteria to be met too, but I was just wondering if someone here is a partner or a premier partner and they share the experiences that led to the partnership. And how exactly they are benefiting now after the partnership was awarded.
