Is anyone having any luck with offers with this low of a payout? I was looking at a few the other day, traffic is cheap, but payout im not sure. Any insight?
few months ago crushed a mobile offer that was only paying like .40, offer is gone now but did a good xx,xxx revenue on it in a month. so ya low payout offers can work just depends on the variables
One of my best offers, while not that low was only about a buck payout. conv rate, epc, volume and what you can get your clicks for count.
I actually had another offer that was $0.05-$0.07/cpa but converted a ton since traffic was soooo cheap and had a lot of volume.
Wow thats really cool. I did an offer that was about a 15c payout traffic was cheap volume was good and the ctr was high. I was targeting broad and had a 5% cr made only about 3bux but I didnt know if I shoould have kept it going or if it had potential. So I stopped but thinking about doing again.
just run a small test and see - thats the best way to find out anything in this biz

it all depends - but for that campaign you had just run a few bucks ($20) and see what happens.

I ran nearly a million leads last year on Stardoll with payouts ranging from $0.04 - $0.60. Most of the leads were for payouts between $0.07 - $0.12.

what have you tested? be extremely specific with targeting, ads, and copy. ( translate into english if in another language. ) and also let us know how you translated it.
India, Turkey Mexico, Spain and for some they speak english, but thats what ive tested.

Anyway , to answer the title of the thread , I've profited from offers that pay less than 35 cents.
Generally these are for countries where you can buy traffic for dirt cheap.
And you can do huge volume too because there are many countries with huge population and super cheap CPMs/CPCs.
Think Brasil / India etc

I've profited on a 50 cent offer in india, and am working on a 40 cent one right now for US/CA. This one is a bit tougher.
Cpc < epc is all that matters. If your ecpa for a .2 payout offer is .1 you still double your investement.

I'm running an offer at the moment that pays 0.20, barely profiting but will see how it goes. CPCs between 0.01 and 0.03, EPCs between 0.01 and 0.05. Got volume on my side at least...

Although when you pay 5% of you ad spend in API fees and have wire fees you need to be making at least a little little bit.
what countries do you have?
Im running in southeast asia right now (singpapore, etc.) payout is .20 and still testing so hopefully it will go well..
