Has anyone tried LLA different from the source country? Facebook says it's possible, but the quality may not be good in this article:

The reason I ask is if the source country is cheap and the LLA country is expensive like the US, even if the quality of audience may not be as good, still in terms of cost and output, it could still be a better deal...

Like in the article Facebook also mentions that if the source sample is huge it may help even if we "don't know" the source. So, maybe not mentioning the source (if we have a huge list) and then targeting a costly country could help? Or maybe keep trying in the source country till I have a huge list, and then use that list for costly countries for better results?

TEST IT! people do this often yes. never doubt the FB guidelines, just follow and test.

for example a database from the UK -> US LLA will be way better quality, THAN
a database from Bangladesh -> US LLA

think about all the differences in culture, demographics, economic etc. it also depends on the niche/vertical. where a product might be hot in geo X, it might be totally irrelevant for geo Y

everything could be this or that, but those are all assumptions and they only are confirmed by testing it.
