I'm looking for a URL redirection tool which identifies the persons country and redirects to the assigned link. E.g. if someone from UK clicks the link it goes to the UK offer, if someone from Aus clicks the same link it goes to the Aus offer, etc.
Is there any tools (preferably free) which can do this?

Are you using a tracker?
Because every tracker can do it.
