The Zeropark Push Traffic Cleanup & How It Doubled Push ROI % 🔥💪
Hi guys!
We’re starting this thread to let you know about some major changes to our push traffic inventory. 🚨
Based on our previous experience, and due to the dynamic nature of the affiliate marketing industry, we realize that every type of traffic requires a bit of cleaning and optimization. 🛁 Just as we usually suggest you’d do with your campaigns.
That’s why at the beginning of February this year we decided to start a push traffic cleanup.
👉 Our goal was to optimize the quality of Zeropark push traffic, aiming at higher profitability, while still being able to offer you the biggest push ads inventory.
👉 The reason for this move was the fact that there are plenty of traffic sources now, as opposed to when it was first introduced. A couple of years ago, there were just a few players able to serve push on such scale. Now there are many more.
⚠️ That’s why we cannot ignore the risks related to much greater market saturation. Last time we did the cleanup, we were able to build our own system which greatly helped us to get the closest to the top quality sources.
This time we decided to work on push. Zeropark’s Compliance and Business Analytics Teams worked hard to make sure all decisions were based on hard evidence.
Actions taken by our Teams aimed to:
- remove the under-performing feeds,
- increase CTRs and CRs,
- lower eCPA,
- stabilize advertising costs (Cost-Per-Click rates)
- as well as decrease our own server costs (a great outcome as well).
We reached all the above goals in the first week of May! 🙌 🎉
👉 All in all, the
results are more than great. The biggest achievement of the Zeropark’s push traffic cleanup was surely the fact that we were able to
double the average ROI of campaigns by
removing 35% of the traffic.
The
before & after results can be summarized by the following numbers.
| BEFORE VS. AFTER |
| ROI |
+ 100% |
| CR |
+ 69% |
| CPC |
- 25% |
| CTR |
+ 23% |
| VOLUME |
- 35% |
And if you want to learn more about how we did it, head to the Zeropark Blog and read our latest article on the subject. 🕵️ 🔎
But most importantly,
we wouldn’t have done all this work if it weren’t for all the valuable feedback we’re receiving from our clients as well as community forums. 💗
You help us keep our eye on any alarming issues and
you truly helped us make push traffic great again. 😎 🥂
Thank you and best of luck running your push campaigns with Zeropark! 🤑 🎉

Why don't you add subs age targeting instead? That would be more helpfull than these marketing talks...

This is good news. I have noticed, and been notified of traffic being cleaned up on camps I've been running.

My guess is because they
can't.
Their volume alone suggests that the majority of their sources are brokered. Most (none?) sources don't let you do sub-age targeting for brokered traffic.
As most would say, ZP should be for scaling, not testing.
Only stupid people like me test on ZP
