I here alot the statement the money is in the List.
Let me ask the pros here about how real and effective can this below method be if i implement it
I create a Landing page contest Funnel.
example WIN FITNESS BLAST MASTER COURSE XYZ Worth 1000$ to win Sign up with Email .
When someone opts in ..a special one time affiliate offer hits... HEY since you are a contests entrant i am give you a 1 TIME OFFER of the SAME " FITNESS BLAST MASTER COURSE for 50% off - Click the Link or Copy the Coupon.
plus i make a list of fitness enthusiast and if a % get the course i get ROAS back and maybe a profit.
let say i make a list of 30,000 in 1 month via Facebook ads.
Will i be able to blast affiliate offers and some value emails and money?
have i dialed in the system correctly?
There are several ways of monetizing an email list, the options are numerous so it's pointless to try to list them all in one reply. But let me sum it up really quickly.
Oh and BTW, I'm no email expert by any means, but I did play with email lists for a bit so I know a few things about this subject
So, when working with email lists, there are basically two options:
1. You create a list, aim for the highest possible subscriber amount, minimize the cost and then spam the subscribers to death.
2. You pick a specific subject, aim for quality (highly engaged) subscribers even at higher cost, you build trust by sending them useful content that they actually want to read and then recommend products to them, which they will buy cause they trust you. Or you monetize via ads that you will sell to vendors in the niche. You keep the number of ads or featured products within a reasonable amount, so you don't cause high unsubscribe rates.
Now, you don't have to do just 1 or 2, you can move towards one of them more or less, these are like the borders that you will operate within.
When talking about model no.1, it's what most of the "Sweeps" offers are doing... they collect the leads, send them a ton of promo emails, resell the emails to other offer owners... they milk it for what it's worth. It's basically another variation of an affiliate funnel that can work on a large scale, but the unsubscribe rates are very high.
Model no.2 is what we are doing with the STM newsletter, for example... We don't just collect leads, the subscribers are the actual members of the forum, we email out updates about interesting threads that we assume the readers wouldn't want to miss, which results in very low unsubscribe rates, because it's actually useful info.
Now back to your particular example:
Excellent breakdown of what i was looking for.
Thank you so much.
In regarding leads and how cheap i can acquire them. I cant think of anything other then face to run this model.
What would you advice in this case man

I appologize for the lack of detail.
What i meant to say is Quality lead Aqusition in this case I cant seem to look anywhere other the Facebook. However what would you advice on other then Facebook for cheaper but medium to Quality lead accusation method in a contest style funnel.
Facebook is a great one for this for sure and it doesn't have to be that expensive either, I've seen people getting very low per lead rates with the right ads... even something like 20 cents a piece. It depends on the niche/vertical of course a lot, but it's not impossible to get leads for way lower than $1 per.
Google is another one, traffic is expensive for sure with them, but again, if you target it properly, the cost per lead can be quite low.
Native is another solid option for quality leads, the targeting is not even close to what facebook offers, but if you chose the right widgets (on sites that are related) it can work fine.
The cheap traffic types like POPs or PUSH are not the best in terms of leads quality, at least based on my experience, but it can be a good testing playground to finetune your landing pages... especially with push traffic that allows at least some pre-filtering by using the right ad copy.
You should also focus on organic acquisition... managing to get a post viral on facebook can bring you a lot new subscribers, for example.
Build a website where you will be collecting the leads and try to rank it in google.
In case you decide to build a worthy newsletter, you might start doing exchange deals with other newsletters or get a paid mention on related blogs, forums etc... there are many options to choose, it all depends on what you want to build
Very beneficial information, it gave me a few ideas here. the one that clicked a light bulb for me is the part that you mention
"get a paid mention on related blogs, forums etc".
I have tried requesting and perhaps i am not professional with my approch on how i am doing or my choice of words here,
i have tried reaxhig out to Blog owners for how to get mentions on there lists and i usually offer them a) a % persentage of the commison of the sale or b) i directly ask them for there price for having my brand mentioned in the footer of their emails.
i dont get a good reply. maybe my words are wrong. how do i do this correct. what am i doing wrong here... what is your way getting a blog owner to respond back to your request of blasting out a sponsored post etc.

Thanks for the details again and the info.
I understand, Do you recommend any marketer who has left out a sample template to view and study when doing outreach. maybe we fill it out in his way or tweak it for our company ...i want to study the choice of words and style of approach marketers are using.. that has a high reaction rate from these blogger. would you be able to recommend
What worked the best was a simple personalized copy... short, to the point, mentioning their website and why you are contacting them, upfront offer and as many contact options as possible: ICQ, skype, email, FB/messenger ... I even had a contact form setup for the most lazy ones who didn't want to bother with copying addresses or usernames
