You're following @vortex's guide, does that mean you're not using a landing page? If you have the Direct linking option enabled, meaning that a user is redirected directly to the offer without a LP in between, you'll only see visits in Voluum, clicks will ALWAYS be at 0.
The visits that got registered in Voluum might as well be your test visits. If you haven't sent any traffic to this campaign (and PropellerAds stats are empty), then how can you know if the offer is any good?

Please check this
When I look at the campaign under
Voluum, I see 11 visits and 0 clicks
and this
When I check under 'opportunities' under the offer in Mobidea, I see there were 1184 clicks from Wifi, but only 56 clicks from the carrier (Ooredoo) within the last 7 days (average of 8 clicks per day).
Maybe Karolina is right and the visits in
Voluum are your test visits and then you used the offer URL in Propeller Ads?
Because it seems way off to have only 11 clicks/visits in the tracker but more than 1k in the cpa network.
Now I notice when I hover over the impressions icon in Propeller Ads, that it states "for onclick format it means the ad is also clicked." Now this ad is onclick format, so am I showing zero impressions because I have zero clicks?
Alright, let me clarify it.
The ad format is called onclick because the ad is triggered when a user clicks a link on a website with the ad code.
This has nothing to do with the click stats in Propeller ads.
There the clicks are for other ad formats like push where you can see the impreesions = how often your creatives are shown and the clicks = how often the creatives are clicked.
When you have 0 impressions there for onclick format it just means that your ad just wasn´t triggered from a website click yet.
About your Mobidea offer, check requirements and target accordingly.
When it´s a carrier billing offer better only target the specific carrier.
And it´s also better to separate Android from iOS.
Did I just pick a terrible offer, or is there something else going on?
Hard to say, best is when you first get your setup running 100% correct, then we can start to check the real performance.
I suppose I can find another offer tomorrow and try running that to experiment.
Don´t just test random offers for random times and random budget, that way you will have to very hard to succeed.
First take care that your technical sstup is running properly, then grab some proven offers and test them.
Calculate and set a budget for the tests and then let it run.

Yes I'm following Vortex's guide and not doing a landing page at the moment. I also showed 0 cost on propeller ads, so I think I set something up wrong.
My account with Propeller Ads got suspended for suspected credit card fraud, but I emailed support and said it should be back up within a couple of days so I will hold off on this campaign for now. Thanks for your help Karolina.

Ok, thank you.
Some of this makes sense, and some is just too far over my head.
My account with Propeller Ads has been suspended for a few days, so I am going to set up a campaign with Popads. With any luck I can get that one running properly.
Thanks again.
