How to use a new IP with Fb

In terms of a new IP for Facebook, which IP do they track? - IPv4, IPv5 etc (My guess is all)

My next question is: My Internet Service Provider offers what seem like dynamic IP addresses. If I turn off the router for a little while I'll be assigned a new IPv4. Can I run my new account off of the new IP this way, or is there a deeper static IP that can't be changed even if it looks as though it has on the surface level?

Hope that makes sense.

For anyone in the UK, my ISP is Sky.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

There are blackhat ways to get around it. You can acquire 4 G proxies and phone numbers. It's possible with instagram. Since it's possible with instagram you can do it with facebook too because FB owns instagram. But it will cost money and recurring fees. Then you need to ensure you cover your tracks.
