Looks like Germany is going the same way as Spain....
just got this update from Matomy
We want to inform you about upcoming regulations in the German mobile content market that will take place on January 15th, 2012. All German operators have decided on making a unified subscription flow that all advertisers will be obligated to use. Please note, these changes will affect all of the German mobile content advertisers and mobile operators.
We have been informed that the following sections of the flow will be changed: number insertion box, pin code SMS sent to the user, and thank-you page. We assume these changes may harden the signup for the user.
So I would be on alert if you are running any pin submit's
as shit could drop like a rock....
But in 2012 is there a country where the user should not confirm a SMS code yet ?
Afghanistan?
