I think chatbots have took a decent hit due to the 24 hour rule recently implemented. Anyone have any insights on how well they still do now compared to before?

Is the move to collect people cheaply onto the list then do messenger subscriber ads? Or just send them the offer within the 24 hours and hope its enough
