My Journey with PUSH 👊 Target $XXX/day 📈🚀

ALOHA!

Hi STMers, my name is Tino from the UK.

I've been running Clickbank offers on Facebook for the last year and had some success with it, $XXX/days frequently and even hit $X,XXX days a couple of times. Before this I was running a couple of niche sites and generating revenue from Amazon Associates and Ezoic ads.

Facebook is a great traffic source but it's hard to find consistency due to ad accounts suspensions. So I've started looking around for ways to to diversify my affiliate income and stumbled upon the forum. Oh boy, I'm so glad I did!

The amount of information here is mind blowing and I hope it'll help me become a more rounded affiliate.

I'm well versed technically, I'm no stranger to creating landing pages, setting up hosting (mid-level), and have some analytics experience.

My Approach
I'm following Vortex's 40 Day Newbie Pop tutorial to help me get the structure set up. But will hybrid with Push traffic, instead of Pop.

Why Push?
After researching the different traffic types. I feel that Push is appropriate for my experience level and budget. I will delve into more advanced methods further down the road when I'm comfortable managing dozens (or hundreds) of campaigns simultaneously.

Specifics

Budget
$2,000 (including tools. if ROI is good, will allocate more)

Tools
Adplexity for spying
Voluum for tracking
Amazon S3+Cloufront for hosting

Traffic Sources
PropellerAds - I already have an active account
I'll also sign up for the ones below as recommended by @twinaxe
Evadav
Adsterra
Pushground
Advertizer
Clickadu

Affiliate Networks
I still need to research this

Process

  1. Infrastructure set up
  2. Pick 2-3 converting verticals
  3. Set up landers and tracking
  4. Split-test offers
  5. Split-test angles/landers
  6. Optimisation
  7. Scale winners

Day 1
Here's my TO DO list for day 1:

Coming Up

Thanks for reading. And please give me feedback on my approach and let me know there's anything I should do differently.

Welcome to the forum Tino!

You're right, FB is a great source but they've been quite ban heavy for the past few months.

Push is a great choice for the starters, it still works and it's quite easy to work with. And Amy's 40-day tutorial is a great start for anyone who want's to dabble into AM.

Your plan looks right to me too, so feel free to start and ask questions in case you get stuck or dunno what to do next.

Cheers and see you around,
Matej.

Thank you Matej 😊 will do.

Yes, on Facebook I'm finding that I'm spending more time dealing with disapprovals, creating profiles, and warming up accounts than running money ads. 🤔

Hey man, great to see your FA.

Will do my best to follow it

PropellerAds - I already have an active account

Clickadu
Don´t spread yourself too thin.

Start with one source, master it, continue.

Don´t run more than 2 or 3 sources in the beginning, just a few good sources are enough to run $x.xxx a day.

What you also could do is to find a good converting funnel with rather low payout first and then test that funnel on few different sources and stick with the 2-3 best of them.

Thanks for the advice @twinaxe - I'll focus on Propeller Ads since it seems like the highest volume one. Onwards!

Welcome Riceak!

Out of interest were your FB accs getting banned even when you weren't cloaking?

Nonetheless I would recommend to find a good converting funnel with low payouts and then run some quick and dirty tests on few sources to check which work best for you.

Not every source that works for me will work for you the same and vice versa, that´s why I don´t really like to give exact recommendations for trafficsurces and CPA networks.

It doesn´t really have to do with the quality but rather with the fact that they can perform very different for different affiliates so it´s al ways the best to test yourself instead of just listenng to recommendations

Hi @nitrousoxide, I wasn't cloaking on Facebook. I've ran nutra offers for a while, that's always risky on FB. But most lately I'm getting suspended even with vanilla offers.

That's true. Testing is the name of the game.

Update: Day 1 (and 2)

Ok, end of day 1 (although also completed a lot of tasks I had set out for day 2).

I've signed up to Adplexity and researched verticals and offers. After some deliberation I've decided to go with Sweepstakes as my primary one, but will also test some Dating and Finance offers over the coming weeks.

I've registered with all the traffic sources that I mentioned in my original post, and for Airpush too on the back of a friend's recommendation. I'll test 1 to 3 max, but it's good to have a range of traffic sources in case in need them in the future. Pretty much all accounts are activate and ready to go.

In order to frontload work, I've set up 4 buckets/domains in Amazon S3. @vortex's instructions worked like a charm.
I've set up an S3 bucket in each continent (Europe, North America, South America, and Singapore). As I've read in the forum that location can impact on load speed. At least that's done and don't have to worry about setting up servers for a while.

I used Adplexity for finding landers and downloaded a bunch of them. But I found that there wasn't much variety so I've downloaded more from the Landers thread in the forum.
I've also stumbled upon another spying tool called Anstrex. I haven't tested it but the price is cheaper than adplexity. It would be good to know other people's experience with it.

I've carried out research for low CPA offers networks and signed up to a bunch of them. Let's hope I get some accounts approved in the next 24 hours. @alice_cd from ClickDealer has also touched base after seeing this FA. I hope we can work something out as I really want to work with ClickDealer.

And that's it for now.

Next steps
[] Fix up and deploy landers
[] Set up tracking
[] Optimise landers for speed
[] And (if I get approved for some networks) start running traffic!

Thanks for following along guys!

Oh that sucks. My bad for assuming - I didn't know FB was that ban-crazy even on WH offers
