I'd highly suggest running through Vortex 40 day guide to understand the basics of Aff Marketing and terminology etc as it covers all the foundational aspects to it,

Before answering that question do you have any skills you value higher then others? Are you more creative or technical/data person? No one source fits all, they can favour different skillsets.

Regarding the $3k capital it can be enough to get you going although you won't want to spread to thin at all so sticking to one source in the beginning is preferred.

I'm with Maynzie here, the 40-day tutorial covers all the important basics that you need to understand in order to work with paid ads.

And even though it's written with POP traffic in mind, the core principles transfer to pretty much any traffic type, so once you're done with it, you can decide whether you want to focus on that traffic type or maybe test push, native etc... There are quite a few options in AM, you just need to pick something that suits you.

The $1 guide is a more simple approach with just the basic setup and with just one offer type, so if you've never done anything in AM, start with that one. 40-day guide is more advanced and goes more into the depth.
