Have a good day to all of you!
Today, we have a very interesting topic to cover: lead forms.
This is a tool that helps get leads from users at a very low cost.
First and foremost, a user does not need to go to your landing page. To send an application, you just need to fill in a small form, and you will get an offer from the company.
What about the disadvantages of lead forms?
If you set such a form up incorrectly, you can get such a cold audience that your prospects will vanish after just 1 call.
Your clients don't see your site, so they know almost nothing about the product. You need to prepare a special script for such a form
What are the advantages of lead forms?
A chance to get a very low cost per lead for your clients
The ability to create a lookalike audience
Data analytics
Script processing
Who can benefit from lead forms?
Business owners
Targetologists
Arbitration specialists (we will discuss this case in detail)
What can you hope to achieve with lead forms?
Ads for your leads on Facebook will help you achieve your business goals if you want:
to get new clients for your company;
to know more about people's interests;
to encourage people to sign up for your services;
to encourage people to sign up for a program you have;
to encourage people to download your brochure or guide.
How can lead forms be helpful in arbitration?
There are many different approaches to run traffic for your target audience, but many of them don't use lead forms. This is because the quality of applications is very low and a lot of people run into auto-completed forms. A call center rings up a group of leads to relay the supposedly requested information only to find out that none of them has left an application for it. To avoid that, you need to eliminate the possibility of auto-completion.
What do you need to do to prevent auto-completion?
First of all, delete the e-mail and full name fields. These 2 are exactly what creates a lot of garbage results. As soon as we've done that, we then need to choose the "Short answer" option and begin NOT with their e-mail and NOT with their name but just with their phone number. Why? Most auto-completion software works for either e-mails or names first. Only then do we add the fields for their name, e-mail (and/or anything else we need to get from our prospect).
How do you get applications from Facebook? Where can they go to begin with?
Go to your Facebook page, open the "Publishing Tools" tab, then go to the "Forms Library" tab and click the "Download" button in the "Leads" column. You will get an Excel file with your prospects' contact details.
A lead form
The second option is a service called zapier.com. This service can forward your leads directly to an e-mail of your choice so that you could get in touch with your clients minutes after they fill in the form.
The third option is to use your CRM system.
Have a good day!
