Hi everyone,
I have a question about which traffic source I should choose.
2 years ago I started affiliate marketing but with a small budget and I burnt through it really quickly. It did not help that I started my first campaign in the US on Rev.
2 years have passed and I saved up almost all the money I have been earning. The amount I can put aside for affiliate marketing is around 12.000$.
In my head I always wanted to start again with native but now I have been reading the forum for a couple of hours and I started questioning if it is a good choice.
I read that if you want to test a native campaign it can be a couple thousand dollars compared to push where you can test more for way cheaper.
If you started affiliate marketing today which type of source would you go with ?
Thank you very much for your answers
Almost every traffic type has its own learning curve, where you will have to spend some money to start understanding its patterns and come up with an optimization strategy.
If during your previous experience you didn't manage to clear things out about the technical side of things like tracking, landing pages and so on. Then maybe restarting with Push traffic would be the best approach.
On the other hand, if you've already cleared out tracking and the other technical aspects of running a campaign, but you want to run native, then you can give native another go. Even though when compared to Push traffic it can end up being more expensive.
I think it depends on your products you run
Like us, we are running COD nutra offers.
Native is a very good source and give good approval rate.
Push is trending now, easy to run but of course lower much approval rate than other traffic
