I don't contact facebook anymore. I contacted before and they banned my acc on the spot. Other times it was just automated answers or someone that replies once with one line. Hope you get better results if you decide to contact them.
In general FB Customer Service is a fucking joke. However, if you ever get a reply from a person there that seems truly helpful, keep that email because even though the reply address seems cryptic, it does seems to always go back to that same person. I had a gal who helped my out on something and I emailed back to her at the same email many months later and she helped me out again.

Also, it almost goes without saying that you should only email for assistance with your own personal FB Ads account. Bitching or begging or even politely asking for help through a bogus account is just asking for them to look a little closer at that account and nuke it! Ask me how I know??
