Facebook Limit Forcing BM Verification. Anyone Else Seeing It?

Disclosure: I'm a partner in a company that creates a large volume of Facebook Ad Accounts on a weekly basis. We do this because the products we sell are considered "gray" so we need a ton of accounts to keep up with demand.
Over the past few years when creating Facebook accounts, we noticed a few things:
- Facebook will limit how much you can spend when initially creating an Ad account
- Facebook has hidden limits where you can ONLY spend $5 - $15/day which steadily increases before getting capped at $350
- When you hit the $350/day limit, Facebook will then prompt you to verify yourself as a business (not every time, but in most cases)
- If you verified yourself as a business it would remove the limit
One thing we started noticing as of the beginning of August was that this $350/day limit got dropped down to $50/day. This is a huge drop and something that has created complications for our internal operations. However, we have developed a way to overcome it.
Discussion: I'd love to know if anyone else has seen this trend and what you've been doing to overcome it (if anything)?
I think someone metioned a method to get rid of this quickly during a conference in Kiev. Hope someone can help out and find/share the video or content.

The account is new tho, so maybe after more bills It'll go up

That method was only viable for a very short period later last year
Even when you verify BM's it doesn't always lift the caps automatically, we still see a % lift naturally and some don't seriously no idea what FB uses as markers for this.
One thing though is those 'hidden shadow caps' we don't see much at all anymore, but seems nearly all Geos of accounts for FB are now implementing the $50 day caps.
One way to know if your account is capped or not is set the budget in campaign to something and where FB says it will "spend x$ maximum per week" if its ($300-350) its capped and if the budget says it will spend the proper amount you input its not capped lol
We are having issues with Facebook just reviewing documents to lift limits. Some are pending for 1 month now, no way to expedite and the chat team are pretty much just canned rude robots now.
Which documents did they ask for? Would share your experience? Thank you!
