Hello STM,
Looking for some tips from anybody, possibly even from a rep from RevContent.
I am having problems trying to get campaigns approved on their platform. I have the same compliant ads that would be approved on one campaign, and then denied another day on another. Most of the time when I get my ads rejected, I do not even get a reason for these actions. I am just told to check my e-mail to nothing in my inbox.
This is greatly impacting the speed in which I can test because they seem to have only one point in the day where they look at my ads which I found to be around weekdays 1:00 PM. EST.

I have tried asking for a rep but I was just dismissively told that I would be assigned one sometime in the future with more progression.
Does anybody have a skype contact to somebody who works at RevContent?
Thank you.
I believe there's at least one Revcontent team member on here.. perhaps they'll see this and chime in..
You are right they typically always moderate new ads on weekday mornings around 6-10 am zone...
Usually Revcontent is far more lenient with what they approve than are Outbrain and Taboola, for instance, and also more consistent...
What are the reasons they are giving you? Does it just say "Please see email"?
When I've had stuff denied by them the email they send usually breaks down why it is it was denied... sometimes via copied text from their P&P, sometimes via an actual typed out message.
Mostly my denials lately have been when I try to run weight-loss supplements... although weight-loss info products seem to get approved just fine...
Then other than that I typically only get denials if I use the wrong type of image they don't want, or if my landing page accidentally has a broken link..
I believe you can respond to those Denial emails they send, although I'm not sure if they'll necessarily write back, but that is at least one way to get your feedback to them.
If you aren't getting the Denial emails it must be an issue with what email you have on file, or them not sending it to the right email, as they definitely send them 100% of the time in my experience.
Hope that helps a bit!
