MAutoDesign.com is a personal project of mine, which I ran single-highhandedly for brief 3-4 months. I've got to admit that it was a tough time. Especially, because I was living in the UK, and the store was in Bulgaria. I had to travel very often to deal with customs because BG just sucks at bureaucracy. Initially, the store was targeted towards BG audience, so the entire website was in BG, and most of the sales were made in that time period. Suffice to say, it worked pretty well during the months that I was putting efforts into advertising it. The truth is that I couldn't handle the large volume of orders, and in the end, I ended up being break-even, because I made a ton of mistakes. I don't think you can do it as badly as I did. Anyways, in my opinion this niche has lots of potential, but you have to put the effort in. What I found out was that the winner combination was a video ad - they got much higher engagement, especially because the products are pretty fancy and interesting.
I am selling the store, because of two main reasons - I need some cash to work on my affiliate skills, and I don't really want to get into e-commerce anymore. I can offer some guidance and tips on advertising, managing and stocking if needed as well. I can also send you the marketing materials - videos, photos, ad campaigns, etc.

Products: Luxury Car Floor Mats + any other auto accessories that you might think of (up-selling works like a charm when the main product is expensive)
GEO: UK currently, but my advice is to make it international
Supplier: There's just one tricky point - you can't buy stock in bulk, because the floor mats have to be made for each car individually. Once you reach a certain point of sales, you will see that there are certain models that are requested more frequently, so you might as well stock up at that point. There are several main suppliers, and I work with just one of them.
Delivery: from China to Bulgaria it took 11 days, including the manufacturing process, which is surprisingly quick seeing that those floor mats are actually a really quality product.
Asking price: Who knows, let's talk.
P.S: I'm really sorry if this is not the right place to post this thread.
