Hello Fellow STMerz,

I'm running a campaign where...

The traffic source has recorded: 35 Conversions, Costing $3.05

My affiliate network has recorded: 75 Conversions, Revenue $4.69

Is this kind of inconsistency normal?

I've double-checked the following reporting in the aff network and traffic source:

• Selecting correct time frame? (yes, confirmed)
  
• Selecting correct campaign? (yes, confirmed)
  
• Same currency?(yes, confirmed)
  

This is the second time where an aff network has recorded more conversions / rev than my tracker and traffic network (nice problem to have! )

What could it be?

Is it only from offer or from different offers?

If different offers, do you use global postback or do you set postback for each offer separated?

It's from just one offer.

Currently running Mobipium Smartlinks Offer on PopAds.

Popads Stats:



Mobipium Stats:



Popads Conversions = 35
Mobipium Conversions = 75

Popads Revenue = $2.10
Mobipium Revenue = $4.689

The impressions seem to be ok so it looks like the missing conversions justs din´t get sent through the postback.

From your screenshots it´s impossible to tell why that happened.

The flow from Popads to Mobipium looks goods, your traffic arrived at Mobipium with only very low trafficloss.
The conversions also got tracked in Mobipium but some of the data didn´t get passed back to popads so I would say it would be best when you would ask Mobipium about it so that they could check on their end if they can see why the missng conversions didn´t get passed back to Popads.

Btw, would be great when you could insert the images correctly so that they are full size in your post, HERE is an easy way how to do it

Btw, did the stats update in the meantime or is there still such a big discrepancy?

Maybe the postback from Mobipium to Voluum is just a bit delayed so that the conversions get sent a bit later.

No unfortunately there's still a big discrepancy.

Atm I'm direct linking from PopAds to Mobipium without using a tracker (as per $1 Revenue Guide). I reached out to my AM and asked if there's any known issues with postback between the two. Still waiting to hear back

Hi Florsa, thanks for jumping in and helping.

Yes my AM - Ana - was able to confirm there was nothing wrong with Mobipium tracking, the issue was on Popads end. Everything works correctly now.
