Hello, I have been facing a payment problem with my Facebook advertising accounts. Whenever I try to add paypal as payment method, I get the error: "We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method". Please note that I tried 3 paypal accounts and none of them work. Due to the coronavirus lockdown I can't get a new credit card to link to PayPal. Please help me if you are familiar with this issue and can you refer me to where I can get a credit card online which can be linked to paypal and accepted on Facebook.
