WHAT is proxy traffic?

WHAT is proxy traffic? and how do i know if i do use it?

Proxy traffic is basically all traffic behind a proxy

That means that it´s traffic that hides your real location.

and how do i know if i do use it?
Do you mean how you can use it yourself or how to target or do you mean something else?

I saw it as a restriction on some affiliate networks,
for example:

It just means they want users from only that geo.

For example if the offer is for UK leads, they only accept UK users (not people who are from elsewhere using a proxy to disguise as a UK user)

When dealing with website traffic, sooner or later you will run into the concept of proxy traffic. Proxy traffic, is as the name suggest, web traffic that has been proxied through one or more servers.
