I have been testing some different campaigns on Push traffic for the past week or so, and I wanted to share my results with you, because I am wondering where my weak links are and how I can solve these issues. I will attach the results from my campaigns below, and I would appreciate it if you could review them over, and tell me where you think my mistakes could be. I know it's several different campaigns that have literally nothing in common with each other, but my goal was to test as much as possible.

Streaming CC Submits - $18-$25
Loans SOI - $8-$20
Detoxic - $17

Here are also some landers I have used (feel free to rip them):
ES-Streaming1
FR-Streaming1
FR-Loans1
My latest campaign that I launched today is the BG-Detoxic one, which is Nutra from AdCombo with COD. I noticed through my spy tool that there were lots of trending Nutra products, and BG is also a GEO with lower competitiveness, so I was expecting it do perform well. AdCombo also provided me with some really well-made landers for the offer as well. One thing was very interesting here that I did not expect - Desktop landers CTR was 1%-2%, while the mobile lander CTR was 5%-10%. Still no conversion, though, but I believe this could either be 1. due to the fact I am advertising COD on Sunday or 2. I am advertising Nutra COD on Push or 3. COD just doesn't work now, due to the Coronavirus situation. However, as far as I know, COD delivery operates as normal in BG.
Just in case, I will also write my usual procedure, once I have selected an offer to promote. I only have
I was really puzzled regarding the FR and ES streaming campaigns, because I used some very well-made landers. I even used a trial at SpyPush and saw what type of creatives was performing well, so I copied them as well, and added new ones by myself. They didn't get even a single conversion, though, for all the clicks I sent there.
My only conversion for this entire period from all campaigns was in the ES-Loans campaign, but I hadn't set up my postback with Gasmobi when it happened, so it doesn't show in the tracker. I set up every campaign, so that all traffic coming from other countries is redirected to a smartlink as well. I have also added push subscription to all my landers, so I also have about 300 subs by now mainly from FR and ES, which is a plus.
The thing is that I read so much stuff on the STM forums, and I still have no idea what my mistake could be. I followed all the DOs and DON'Ts, but I can't seem to figure out what I am doing wrong. One of the possible mistakes I think I have made is not testing long enough, but it very discouraging seeing thousands of clicks going through with no conversions, and that's how I have decided to stop them and re-think my strategy.
I apologize if my thoughts in this thread are a bit all over the place, but I was trying to provide you with as much information as possible.
First things first you need to make sure everything is tracked, data & tracking is EVERYTHING.
Then it would be nice to know the payouts for these offers you're running.
Maybe focus on one thing at a time, to me this looks like your mind is going to explode. Everything is allover the place without properly tracked data.
4 landers with 2 offers is a good test, but without knowing the offer payout it's hard to know if you got enough data or not.
Also, so you don't go crazy.. stick to one vertical and make it work. They all work, all of them. It's just a matter of what suits you and having the best offer, funnel and correct traffic.
Thank you for the feedback, @anthonyl
I updated the thread with the offer payouts.
If I was you and this was my post right now I'd do this:
Make sure bemob tracks everything, test it all like I'm a visitor and make sure everything works and is tracking correctly (including postbacks)
Decide on a vertical, something I'm probably most comfortable with.
Ask my AM which offers are doing well in the vertical I choose, preferably 3+ offers. (Don't hesitate to also try other networks, amazing how much difference there can be)
Workout the average payouts for these offers, this lets me know how much to spend before considering the next step.
Setup 3 different landers for this specific niche/vertical, whilst split testing 3 offers.
Let it gather enough data, be patient, don't touch it at all once it's running.
Let the data tell me the next move, was there any conversions? Did it spend enough? Are my creatives planting the seed correctly, or misleading them? (catching the correct audience's attention?)
CTR doesn't really matter in the first stages, you want to find the best offer and then work backwards from it. For me, usually I use my proven landers to test offers, and then throw in variations or new types to see if it beats performance.
I'm no pro by all means, but this is what I'd do.. I've just paused selling on my store due to COVID as I mostly sell non-essential stuff so I'm back into PPC. Doing the above made me high 5 figs previously.
From the screens the only sure fact we can see is that you didn´t receive any conversions.
But as anthonyl says, you need to track more data.
You need to track the costs so that you can see if something is profitable or not.
So most important for now is to get your tracking running properly.
Don´t create multiple campaigns, create 1 campaign with lower volume and low bids first to make sure that your tarcking is working.
That way you avoid to lose money on several campaigns when it´s not working.
Next thing, why did you choose to run CC submits, loans, Nutra?
Seems you are just starting with affiliate marketing or at least starting with push traffic.
There are much easier verticals to start with, sweeps for example or mobile content or apps.
Start slower but save to get used to that stuff, you can still run higher payouts when you know how to run campaigns.
Thank you both for the useful input! I now realize my mistakes, and acted upon them.
I basically decided to archive all my previous campaigns, and start all over.
I decided to focus on one vertical for now, which is Finance/Loans. I talked to some AMs and they pulled me the best performing offers, from which I chose two in a single GEO.
The offers have lower payouts compared to the ones I had been running previously, so they are now $1-$3.
I went ahead and hunted for some landers, and I believe I managed to get 3 very good ones. Cleaned them up, translated them using DeepL, and uploaded them.
I just finished setting up my campaign. Since I haven't got a spy tool for Push, I got some creatives from Native ads, and made my own angles.
That's basically it for now. I just wanted to let you know that I acted quickly, and you feedback has been of much help.
I will update once I have some results.
Coming back with an update, as I said I would. Maybe this thread could turn into a follow-along. 0 to Hero Mode!
Anyways, I did what I said in my previous post. My campaign setup is basically two offers and three landers. Running Push from Propeller, as I already mentioned. Results from last night's quick test showed me that one of the landers was really under-performing compared to the other ones, so I decided to stop it right away. Plus, it's quality compared to the others was very poor either way.
By the way, this is why a part of the advertising cost is not shown in Bemob - because I enabled cost tracking after I did some initial testing to figure out the winning lander.
I had an issue with the Bemob setup that I believe I have now resolved, but today's leads weren't tracked. I ended up having to contact Bemob to help me resolve the issue, but it's alright now. Both the offers I use are from Gasmobi, and I was told they were performing really well.
Vertical: Finance / Loans
Payouts: Offer 1: $0.90 (can get up to $5,50 depending on the lead quality); Offer 2: $2.20 (no conversions there yet, can only be promoted 8-16)
Still collecting push subs with Oneclick with non-intrusive landers, so from today's traffic, I managed to get 37 subs. Will probably try to monetize them later on.
I haven't done any blacklisting, because I wanted to wait to gather some more data, but I believe I have enough data now to do some excluding.
So, let me show you today's results:
Tracker:

Propeller:

Gasmobi:

To summarize today's results:
Cost: $9.60
Revenue: $5.60
ROI: -41%
I'm not sure how to proceed now. The payout on the converting offer is pretty low, and it does not reach a decent ROI, but I will do some blacklisting and optimizing, and then run it for one more day.
Do you have any suggestions or advice for me? Should I try the in-page push? If yes, should it be in the same or separate campaign?
P.S: I'm about to run out of budget fairly soon, so it's a good time to mention that I am selling an e-commerce store in a pretty interesting niche - MAutoDesign.com
Edit: Just got one more conversion for $0.90. Doesn't make a big difference in ROI, but still worth mentioning. Also, another important thing. Turns out I have actually forgotten to tick off the In-Page Push, so it has also been doing that. Here are the stats:
Edit 2: Turns out conversions are still not tracked, because Gasmobi needs to be set up manually for Bemob, so I am waiting for my AM Lauren to tell me their postback tokens.

Quick update. Couldn't update the results last night, but here are the results for yesterday and today:
I launched a new campaign for the same vertical, but in different GEO yesterday.
My AM told me it is performing well, and it had increased payout - this is why I decided to try it out.
Unfortunately, I still haven't gotten any conversions on it at all. Maybe that's because the payout is $13, and it is more difficult to convert. Anyways, it's a SOI, so that's another reason I figured it could work.

Today:

I feel like I am feeding a dead horse with those two, but I would rely more on your advice for that.
Would be great when you could post a bit more details like how many landers you run, if the traffic comes from many different placements or only few big ones and such stuff.
This would help alot to give better support, otherwise it´s just guesswork.
And it would be fantastic when you could insert the images properly so that they are shown in fullsize, HERE I posted an easy tutorial how to do ti.
