hello stm members.,

i'm going to form a company through 1stformation in uk. this is my first startup company. is anyone know about this? whats the pros and cons.

note:- my main purpose is getting payment gateway(stripe or 2co) . if you have any suggestion please let me know

It might be useful to share which country you are a resident of, might be some local options you can take advantage of.

It’s absolutely the right thing to explore forming a company for affiliate marketing. There are however a huge amount of knock on impacts. For example taxes etc. You’ll suddenly have to find a UK based accountant, understand all your obligations, open bank accounts etc. It’s not a short term undertaking and isn’t something you can just walk away from.

You might want to look into Estonian e residency, it’s a very friendly country to run a more business from.

i'm from sri lanka. yeah, seems like forming uk based company is quite complex. like we need to registered corporation tax after forming company,tax etc.

i didn't hear about estonian e residency before.do you have any reference to check about it?
