For our personalized print products we have a database with more than 100.000 e-mail contacts.
One of our goal is to keep marketing/development team as small as possible, so I'm thinking to outsource email marketing to some boutique agency or a freelancer with hands-on-experience.
At the moment we're doing only basic cart-abandonment via SendInBlue, but I know there is so much more money to be made and here are two reasons why:
1. We collect more than 1000 new emails every day.
2. Beside email we collect many other data that can be used for personalization
When user personalize his/her product on our webpage all this data also available in ESP so emails can go out really personalized.

We tested this subject-line and the open-rate was insane.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a boutique email marketing agency or someone who would be interested to work with us?
The most important thing is that we find someone that can work independently as much as possible.
I'm open for any kind of a deal (rev-share / flat-fee + variable).
I would appreciate any ideas.
