Incentive means you can promise people stuff to sign up. Don't do that.

25+ is their target audience. You can't do that on pop or push or any broad targeting from the source.

But you can do that in your lander. Simply putting as a 'Are you 25 or over?' as one of the Quiz questions works great.

You can also put it at the end before going to the offer 'Fill out the information on the next page if you are over 25 year old'

This will increase quality but decrease CTR and CR.

Or you can ignore it and worry about it when the advertiser complains. Then promise to improve quality and then do it.

A typical incentive approach, that you've probably seen, would be promising people some kind of freebie... ebook, free app, credits... if they click on an ad and register for the offer. These registrations do not back out well for the advertisers, because the users are not looking for the actual advertised product, they just want the freebie. That's why they don't want this type of traffic.

As for the age restriction, it's like jaybot posted above, you cant really filter that traffic out completely, but you can try to do something on the LP. Depending on the advertiser, they might chose not to pay for leads where the users enter lower than 25 years old on the registration form. They will never know 100% either, so the clause is there for them to protect themselves and allow them to scrub some leads. They do it because the 25+ audience is known for spending more money online or the offer might be specific to these age groups from some reason.

Thanks so much, @jaybot @matuloo for the explanation,
As I understand those questions in the quiz does not serve as selectors,
but as mindset changer for the surfers- or they should be built as selectors, and if a person clicks on under 25+, he should be flown out off the questioner?

It can actually serve as a selector too... affiliates are doing it both ways. Some send all users to the same offer, no matter what option they click on. But some filter the traffic based on the age check. So 25+ to a higher paying offer that has age restrictions, the rest to a lower paying one where they don't care. I've seen campaigns where as many as 5 offers were used based on the age selector. The truth is, older people are known for being more likely to pay, so their value is higher.
