New Dropshipper Problems - several things that interupt my work process (1)

Hello I am from Bulgaria and I just have started new dropshipping store on Shopify - Aliexpress - USA. I run some campaigns on FB and within a week I had 41 purchases all was good but with the turnovers the problems appear . Firstly the 90% of the money I have recieved on Paypal ( this is for now the only payment solution i have) are held (on hold) and the worst for me is that I have reached the receiving limit I have per year $2700. My questions are:
- Do you know if I submit the tracking numbers on Paypal they will release my money?
- Do you know how can I lift my receiving limitations on Paypal ( I don't have company linked with the account but submited all documents they required for now)
- Is it necessarily to link a company with my Paypal account if I plan to scale this bussiness?
- What card payments gateways I can apply ?
- If the company is necesary what would you chose Bulgarian or USA registrated ?
