If a CPA Network has asked you to pause an offer.
Does that mean you also can't run the offer through a different CPA Network?
What was the reason they said to pause it? If it's due to quality issues then if you begin to run it elsewhere then I'm guessin you will get the same message.
It might be something like they have hit their cap on the offer so can't allow any more traffic from their network.
I think it might have been the quality of my traffic, but I just spent another £200 optimizing a campaign with another traffic source to get good quality traffic and they asked me to pause it.
So it would be a waste of time and money for me to not try it with another CPA Network after I am sure the traffic quality will be a lot better.
I just wanted to make sure if the Advertiser would somehow know exactly who is sending what traffic from where?

you could also ask them to give you a ne subid so you can run under a new account if you are confident in quality
