You can´t replace the mob=XXX string because it is needed for a redirect to the correct offer.

I'm applying the 40- day tutorial with Mobidea,
I just want to be sure I understand all this tracking thing by testing my understanding with a different affiliate network.


Can you explain why the 40 days tutorial "won't work" with Mobipum or similar networks?

Different networks use different platforms/software so that the link structure and parameters they use can be different as well.

See it that way, just because a computer program works on windows it doesn't mean that it also works on Mac although both are PCs.

With the CPA networks it's similar.
They also have run on different software and use different "formats" for their links and postbacks although they all are CPA networks.
