How does your ‘creatives’ setup look like?
Hey guys,
I was wondering how your creatives setup look like. For creatives setup I mean things like:
- Do you keep some sort of ‘internal database’ of the ads (copy, images/video and/or both)?
- How do you manage your LPs? A simple cloud storage (like Dropbox) and then copy and paste to your servers when needed, Github to sync and push edits to your server automatically, or some more sophisticated tools?
- Do you keep track of the AB tests results, whether it’s for ads, landings or offers? If so, how are you doing it?
- Anything else that comes to your mind
Cheers!

Have a good structure for your creative folders with good names so that you find everyhing when you need it.

Same as for creatives, have a good structure for your LPs on your PC.
You could do it like Language -> Verticals or Verticals -> Language for example.
Important is to have it structured so that you don´t have a mess where you need to search hours for a specific landing page.
Same goes for the sevrer, I have folders there for the verticals.
Inside these folders I have subfolders for the different geos/anguages and inside tehse subfolders then folders for the specific landers.
Example: Sweeps -> EN -> iPhone 11
I don´t use Dropbox or Github or so, I just have the landers on my PC and on the servers.

I have all the stats in my tracker and make notes for stuff that I could use later again.

Have a good structure for everything.
It´s not that important in the beginning when you only have to deal with a handful of offers/landers/campaigns.
But the more you run the more important it will be to have a good structured system to find everything when needed.
That starts with names and structure for your creative folders, for your landing pages on the PC and on the server and continues with the name structure for your campaigns on your tarcker and trafficsource.

I'm using a system similar to what twinaxe mentioned.
All is stored in my computer and I try to follow certain "labeling structure".
Vertical/GEO/Niche/Date + a unique identificator if needed
As for performance data, I rely on the tracker too. On top of that, I have a special folder for ads or LPs that performed much better than the rest... and I periodically try to use these again and again.
I'm also using a few custom excelle files that help me compare stats per placement and I do save these for future refference.
Other than that, I don't use any fancy tool or advanced organizational tools... I'm not a very organized person so these partially chaotic systems work well with my brain
