Hey guys i am trying to find a clean minimal WP theme to build out my Finance 'authority' site, which i will be using as a decoy to host my advertorials on once its built out, to stay compliant with FB Ads!
Does anyone know where i can get a good WP theme as i cant find a good one on themeforest

i can recommend generatepress, it's fast and clean and has good features. https://generatepress.com/
The free version is totally fine, but with premium you get more styling options and some child themes here: https://generatepress.com/site-library/
There are so many templates out there man, themeforest alone has thousands. You can also check https://www.templatemonster.com/ ...
But in the end, it's more about the content than the template, you should do well with even one of the basic ones provided by wordpress themselves : https://wordpress.com/themes

I used GeneratePress (https://generatepress.com), but recently I switched to Astra (https://wpastra.com).
Both are great themes and actually very similar when it comes to functionality (and both have free versions).
In combination with Elementor (Pro) https://elementor.com you have everything you need to launch your authority site.
Though for your needs, probably any free theme will do the job.
