If my BM is added to another BM to manage the ad accounts, if the one I'm added to gets banned, will both BM's face issues?

At first only the one you have been running the ads with.
However, if its happens to often with many BMS your BM will also get restricted from advertising access. There is no clear threshold, it will just happen at some point. Also depends on the quality of your profiles and BMs.
Possibly yes, not per se. Probably depends on amount of banned accounts, or how severe you have violated the policy.

If there is a connection between business menders, then there may be a block of all. Depends on what ad campaign you produce
