I feel like it is a very very basic question- but can't figure it out by myself-
after i was approved on some offers and tried do see the landing page of it (copied and pasted the link that was provided to me)- the pages just do not load- can't enter them 
what do i do wrong?

Often the networks have redirects or scripts that block users to see the actual offer when they don't meet the offer requirements.
For example when you come from a wrong country or use the wrong carrier or so.
Can you make a screenshot about what happens?

Will help to keep a better overview when it´s not scattered across the forum 
When they redirect traffic that doesn´t meet the offer requirements you would need to meet the requirements to see the offer page.
That means you would have to visit the link from the country, device, OS and stuff that is allowed for the offer.
You can use a VPN for the IP and user agent changers to spoof the OS.
Depending on the offer all this won´t be enough, especially for carrier billing offers it´s more complicated.
I just checked the offer from the screenshot (22259) and it is a carrier billing offer that only accepts Ooredoo traffic so you would need to have an Ooredoo IP.
But really, it´s not worth the time to check each and every offer.
That way you won´t work effective.
When you want to succeed you need to test many offers and you need to work fast.
It´s enough to know what the offer is about and then just test.
So when it´s a mobile content game offer (I don´t know if this is true for that offer) just use a simple lander with a good game image and something like "New Game for your XYZ" together with a big CTA like "Play Now".
Important is that you don´t overcomplicate all that stuff, working fast and effective will help you 1000x more than trying to see each and every offer page and to know exactly how each offer looks.
