Things like these definitely sell easier when you have some performance data available, to persuade the buyer it's a well performing product.

I would strongly recommend to run some traffic to it and see whether its converting at all and possible make tweaks to improve the numbers.

It's fine that "you think this offer will do fine" but you might very well be totally wrong, no offence.

Test it, fine-tune the copy, maximize conversions and you can even sell for a much higher price.

It's the plan... but then I'll probably just keep and scale.

But if someone wants to take the risk, I might take an offer just to move on to another project.

You might find someone who would buy it, but that would have to be someone with zero knowledge about the subject. Any sane businessman would want to see some numbers. Try to sell on flippa maybe, turn it into a website and who knows, there might be a buyer out there.
