WTF? $1000 Revenue Day on Pops?!

"Pops is dead"

That's what they say. I believed it for a while, jumping to Push and Facebook trying to find a traffic source to make consistent revenue.

But I've kept seeing people posting their good results with Pops (thank you to whoever has contributed).

So I decided to go back to Pops. It was simpler to work with and I put in the work to try and master it. I am still not an expert yet, but I've come a long way. Just earlier this year, I was still losing money running on Pop.

But I kept going, and so I was rewarded with the confirmation that I'm headed the right direction:

About $409 in profit, and generated over $1000 in revenue. The next step is a $1000 profit day.

I think more people will be finding this as push performance and volumes are not the best these days.

Back to the basics.

BTW may I ask what vertial was that, if you don't mind?

Anyway, thanks for sharing your results!

Interesting, I was scaling on push and I thought I was doing something wrong not getting the volume I wanted.

The vertical I focus on is mainly sweepstakes and some gambling.

Very nice s3ks3k, very nice!

And POPs were supposed to be dead by now...

can you do dating vertical on pops?

I have not tried. I hear that the lead quality is not so good on Pops usually.

Dude, that´s awesome.

Would be great when you could post in a few lines how you achieved these numbers so that other beginners could compare it to their own workflow.

I remember just few days you posted

CRAP. Everything going downhill and barely breakeven
Now you can see that these sudden changes can work in both directions.

Hi s3ks3k, that´s awesome, do you mind tell us about the traffic sources you used?

I'm using Popads, and want to find another traffic source to try.

Congratulations s3ks3k!

Indeed Pop traffic is far from dead! What actually happened is that it became less competitive making it easier for those who saw the opportunity stack some $$$$ with it.

Haha just a teaser: I am barely breakeven now... More to come for my follow along update tomorrow.

I think the key takeaway from this experience is to really have a scaling game plan. A game plan separate from your testing game plan.

I had executed my testing game plan well - streamlining it so that I could test without losing too much money.

So once in a while I'll have a good offer that makes me money, and I'll squeeze the profits out from my main traffic source - then scale it to another one.

Maybe my thinking was a bit limited, I don't know why I wasn't thinking big. But when I did, I scaled really hard everywhere.

I'm talking about 15-20 campaigns per working offer. Not all of these campaigns will profit, but they will for the most part.
