Hi, i created my popads account and got approved. When i made a deposit of $10, my status shows that i'm suspended. Any reasons why that's reflected and why am i suspended?
Here's what's written on their transaction page
Additional deposit rules: In case we detect exploits/viruses on one of your landing pages or you already had another account banned for buying traffic exploits/viruses at PopAds, your account will be suspended and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Reach out to your AM if you feel they are wrong regarding virus?
Hi Stickupkid, yeah i've emailed them on this and what can i do to rectify it. Funny thing is that they sent an earlier email saying that my ad is approved but when i log into my account, my ad is reflected as paused due to an insufficient amount and my status on the billing page is still suspended.
Looks like the $10 starter amount may not be enough. I hope that's the only issue and topping it up will fix this.

What kind of campaign did you run?
Maybe the offer domain was flagged or they got georedirected to a smartlink or so that triggered a warning.
When such things hapen for completely new accounts it can results in a ban.
But I hope you can get it solved.

Ok, when you direct link to the smartlink then it´s probably nothing on your end and unluckily then there´s not much we can do.
In the end only Popads can tell you about the exact reason.

One said that my account had insufficient funds. I guess the $10usd to start with may not be enough, so i asked what's the amount that i should increase to?
The other person asked for details like
1. Can i supply an associated email address
2. Which country i'm from
3. If i have any corresponding website URL that i can send them
I've replied with my best answers possible and waiting for his reply.

Although I don´t really understand what it has to do with viruses/exploits it seems that a solution for the issue is possible.

Hey twinaxe, thanks for the encouraging words! You're right. I really didn't know that i did something to violate their terms and conditions and definitely wouldn't want to repeat anything like that again. This is why i'm being very careful this time round when i create another campaign for submission. I wouldn't wanna piss them off by sending another campaign for review just to be rejected again because of another violation.
I'll write to them and inform them again that i'm a new member of STM and require a bit more time to acquire the needed knowledge to set up campaigns well. I'll also ask them if there's anything i can do to salvage the rejected campaign. I'll keep my message to them polite and brief

Maybe I also misunderstood you, was only the campaign rejected or did you get rejected by Propeller altogether?
It was rejected like a couple of minutes later. I looked into the data and it had 20 clicks. None of my budget was consumed though.
I just had a text conversation with one of their representatives and he didn't say anything about rectifying the campaign but he did send me a couple of links to assist me with my learning. These were mainly case studies which he feels will be very helpful to me.
I was appreciative of what he sent because i suppose that it will help me to improve and progress. I think my next step is to avoid directlinking and create pre-landers as part of the campaign.
Do you have any tools that you can recommend for creating pre-landers? I have a lot of reading and learning to do but i also wanna get started with running campaigns and using

Yes, pre landers can definitely help.
For better performance but also to have more control over the funnel.
