i tried to register but there's no place to register advertiser
if someone have tried , how to get into this traffic source?

Not seeing any option to signup as an advertiser on RevenueHits, but since they are part of the same group, you can check out SelfAdvertiser.
Most probably supply side and demand side are split into two different platforms.
