Voluum data fluctuates back and forth (4)

So a problem I've noticed in the past few months is that my data in Voluum fluctuates back and forth.

For example it will say I have 50 conversions, then I'll hit refresh and then it'll say I have 44 conversions, then after a while if I hit refresh again it says I have 53 conversions.

Basically the data isn't updating in real-time in a constant forward motion. It's like some data gets rolled back and then eventually corrects itself eventually.

This obviously makes it impossible to see stuff in real time.

Eventually it seems everything self corrects, but for that time it's fluctuating back and forth (like 10-15 min) its pretty useless.

Any plans on fixing this? It's pretty annoying.

Have you got in touch with Voluum support already? Maybe providing some screen recording and/or screenshots may help them investigate and resolve the issue quicker.

Hey @jabong82

I just talked to our VoluumDB guys about this, we had a couple of isolated cases where such thing happened. Most of them, if not all, have been fixed by now.

No data was ever lost, only reporting was affected for a little while just like you mentioned (first 10-15 mins).

I know it was annoying but it shouldn't be happening to you anymore.

If you notice anything suspicious in the future, let me know about it and we'll take care of it straight away, best to send me the campaign name.
