Revenue difference between Mobipium and PopAds (6)

Hi everybody,
just completed the $1 guide!

I'd like to share the results with you because I have some doubts about the revenue on Mobipium and PopAds.

Here the screenshot from my Mobipium dashboard


As you can see, there are 2,24 dollars of revenue.

Here the screenshot from PopAds at the end of the 10$ campaign


If I look at the Conv. Value column (is it the revenue one, right?) I read $1,80 in the total. Shouldn't be $2,24 as in Mobipium? Where is the $0,60 difference?

The value that you see at the affiliate network is the right one. Looks like some of the conversions were not passed correctly to PopAds from whatever reason. It's quite common to see some discrepancy, but in your case it's quite big... 110 conversions VS 88 recorded by popads. Try to ask your AM at mobipium, maybe there is some problem with the postback setup...

Do you use any tracker between them, or is mobipium posting conversions directly?

In tracker there is usually an error log tab where you could see the specific error that happened while it tried to post te conversion.

I'm not familiar with mobipium, but if it's direct, there might be something similar on their side as well.

As MAtej said, this difference for postbacks is way too much.

There may also be a delay in posting back.

Try to pause your campaign for a few hours, then compare again. This would give the conversions in PopAds time to "catch up".

If you're STILL seeing a discrepancy, then as the experts above have suggested: Time to get in touch with your affiliate manager.

Hi! Are you running both reports in the same timezone?

MOBIPIUM's stats are in Lisbon Timezone (GMT). Please check that the report you're running in Popads is in GMT as well and, if you still see discrepancies then, please check with your AM.
