I only see Bitcoin being used by Adult networks that can't use Paypal. I hope more traffic and affiliate networks adopt Bitcoin as an option as it is really more convenient way to pay and receive money. Do you guys agree?
Still too violatile imho. Thereby it will never be accepted by the masses with the current setup because of anonymity.
Governments can’t control this so they will never let it happen...
Adsterra accepts BTC and it's pretty easy to pay with. Popcash does as well. Diablo.click used to.
Volatility is relative. If I buy $300 of BTC and send it a few minutes later, I'm not losing/gaining much.
Would I spend any BTC I'm holding on to for savings? Probably not, I shouldn't be touching that anyway, right?
Then again, if I had a bunch of BTC (I don't) sending the equivalent $300 is like 0.030 BTC so that wouldn't hurt me either.
It's a combination of many factors.
I'm sure a lot of the traffic sources would love to have more BTC in their accounts. But I'm also sure that a lot of affiliates love their BTC and don't want to give it to anyone
It could be a big risk to have a portion of your balance in bitcoins.
But yeah, you could also be lucky. It’s a gamble for sure and I am guessing most won’t rely on their bitcoin balance totally.
I guess the main reason is that not many people use Bitcoin for other things than trading/holding.
How many people do you know yourself that use BTC for payments in online shops or so?
I don´t think I know anyone, maybe one or two who used BTC for Silkroad
But most people prefer to get paid by wire or Paypal, maybe checks.
When there would be more people using BTC regularly thne probabyl more networks would offer a Bitcoin option.
Clickdealer pays BTC as well btw...
I agree with the volatility that it would be a big risk for networks to hold a large portion of BTC for payout. I hope more will adopt soon as BTC is meant to be the currency of the internet.
I've seen BTC being accepted on more and more traffic sources lately for sure, mainly those Russian/Ukrainian ones.
But even I, as a big fan of crypto, don't use it for daily payments.
I rather think of Bitcoin as a gold and investment for the upcoming years.
Plus as mentioned the volatility makes it quite risky and more difficult to calculate your actual ROI and profits.
