anyway.
today at one of the times I check stats everything looked fine.
had a decent level of clicks and conv + even good volume.
THEN... I decided to check all three:
Traffic reports from Ad platform
Tracking reports from P202
Tracking reports on Aff Network.
Good thing I did and good thing I do progressive caps on scaling.
What I thought was great... WAS TERRIBLE.
I had spent for 1517 clicks AND ONLY 517 had hit tracking AND aff network.
(at this moment neither I or 50onred have a clue what happened and are looking into it)
So...
Lesson:
Just because your tracking looks 'good' doesn't mean it is!!!
Take the time to check all three and if not adding up:
STOP traffic.
Check all your links and compare traffic to clicks and conv on any other campaigns
Check previous days or weeks to see what your averages are (you should know these, it not have them written down)
Get on the phone/skype/email to your traffic, offer and hosting. Let them know what is up.
Gather evidence (P202 visitor report is SOOOO helpful. I wonder what CPVlabs people do when this happens ?!)
Plus, check here for any posts like this.
I will let you know what we find out.
(yes, all other traffic and offers are converting perfect today in comparison and historically)
