How far away from the original landing page do you have to be to promote affiliate offers?
Do review sites promote affiliate links directly off the lander and that's ok?
Lastly, can you promote traffic to a lander that has little content if it's a quiz?

You can just be one click off the lander for affiliate offers. As long as the lander looks legit it will be fine but sometimes you have to put T&C's stating you are sending to affiliate pages.
