[FB T-Shirt Case Study]
Hi All: Decided to write up this case study because it may help someone in the near future. I have learnt a lot from reading past posts. Here it goes:
Print on Demand - T Shirt Campaign - Used Tee Spring
Nice: Nurses
Cost $10/day for 4 days
Used FB CBO to set up campaigns
The campaign was divided into 3 Adsets: Magazines, Associations and Job Title. Each Adset had 2 ads
Here are the results of the campaign

I stopped the campaign because I was not getting any more sales.
What are you guys thoughts?
I am thinking about moving on to another design.

What's the avg payout for an order? It seems you need to go quite viral I am guessing to reach a healthy margin for tee selling. Or your targeting needs to be more on point.
From here it's kinda hard, not seeing your full funnel.

Teespring used to be hue couple years ago. I knew a few guys running it with great success and all of them had the same recipe for success... it was all about coming out with the right design and then targeting the right audience for it.
They were coming up with dozens of designs, quickly testing them with some sample audience and then focused on scalling the winners.
I'm not sure how well this business model still works, but I assume the recipe for success remained the same... you need to make the right design so if the current one doesn't seem to be working, test more of them.

The average payout per order is $13. My funnel is pretty basic since I am using Teespring.
FB Ad > Product Page
I am currently building a Shopify store so I can control more of the process, building funnels and collect email addresses as well.
I didn't set up a retargeting campaign because I predicted that I might not get the volume for the campaign to see results.

You are right. I think the idea is to test many designs as possible. Also building a
Shopify site to have more control over what needs tweaking (eg. Add to Cart, check out page etc.).
