Need A Virtual Assistant from Latin America region
I have an assistant located in Philippine, but I want to replace him with a new one in Latin America. I live in the US, and my current assistant can't work in the late evening or early morning his time. Do you guys know any Virtual assistant sites, besides Fiverr, Upwork, onlinejobs.ph, where I can find affordable VAs in Latin American countries?

Can not really point you in the right direction when it comes to a LATAM PA but I would like to take over your Philipines PA.
Been looking for a reliable one for a while so if you decide to make the switch to the LATAM PA please let me know.
Thanks.

What's wrong with these places in the first place?
Did you have bad experience or hard time to find someone?

Being French and based in Chile, I have Latin American people to work for me.
I recommend Venezuelan for these types of positions. Lots of them are looking for a job, due to the circumstances their country is facing currently, and their hourly rate are competitive. Better education level than most other Latam countries due to their free education system, decent English speaking level most of the time. Lots of them have migrated in Chile, and I see them doing well in entry level administration position, because they are actually willing to work.
Yet, I would start to hire / test them on UpWork first. If you are looking for full time position, you can post job on these websites.

Fiver and Upwork are great places if I need someone to do a specific project. Onlinejobs.ph is a site where you can find part-time or full-time freelancers that can do routine tasks. Unfortunately, many of them prefer to work during their day time, which means they show up for work early evening my time.

I'd try posting on local FB job groups too.

Unfortunately, I can't introduce my Philippines PA because his performance is getting worse and you have to babysit him. Since last year, he often makes the same mistake over and over again. Honestly, he is a hardworking person but he is not that smart, lack of initiative, and not detail-oriented.
