A few months back, I called the number they gave in their support email.
Managed to reach Philippines call center.

They directed me to Malaysia's call center, but I still bounced back to PH's.

I finally got the direct number for Malaysia's, called and the receptionist doesn't seem to know
what the hell I was talking about.

Then passed me to an Adwords rep, who checked my account and gave me bullshit answers.

For adwords accounts running legit ads...best is to call USA Adwords, around 10pm asia time.
skip the gate keepers in Asia.
