ePayments Notification - Losing License?



Just got this notification...pretty bad..PSD2 into force...

wondered if anyone had been affected by this. Luckily ePayments wouldn't accept me as a US citizen. got the email for this also but it was just since id started the process for an account but then saw US wasnt a country option. hope you dont have too much locked

Apparently withdrawals will be available in March but there is no set date in March yet.

Boh... they need to have all merchants audited now.. I doubt March will be solved...

for the people who used epayments, what are your back ups or alternatives? just curious

It's kind of foggy at the moment. They stopped accepting new accounts and have stopped cooperation with Webmoney. The way it looks, they failed an audit. I don't think it's the end of ePayments, i do think once they come back it would take them quite a lot to restore their reputation. It's a hard spot, but you still got PayPal, Paxum, Payoneer, Wires. This are the ones we use that have been super solid throughout time for us.
