Warming up a new Facebook account

Hey

Any tips on warming a new FB account?

I have built up cookies etc and browsed FB over a week or so. The account has also existed for years since it's a friends account.

Any best practices on running the first ads?

I know I should run the ads on the personal account first. I'm guessing low budget with something really compliant like ecom?

Thanks

Have just got some advice from a friend saying run a 'likes' campaign to a Facebook page until your first billing, then you can create a business manager.

So there's a tip.

If anyone has any other tips or best practice would be appreciated!

I boost a post with a lifetime budget of $75 over 3 days. From there I put my creatives in a link click ad and let it get approved and then move it over to a cbo campaign at $50 a day max. Let it run for 3 days then you can go to $100.

Try to warm the fan page for likes within a few days. And after the first billing, you can start a company for conversions without turning off the heating company.
