Hi i want to Start AM and i need your help and guide (3)
I am just new in STM forum i read a lot of posts From Vortex and matuloo.
i just wanna start with affiliate marketing but i do not know where to start. suggest some good courses and good threads that will help start with AM.
What are the best AM networks i can start with as a newbie and how i can get accepted because i got rejected a lot.
what is the best traffic sources to use.

i have made some success in Adsense and
start with vortex 40 day tutorial on pop traffic. It will tell you what networks to apply to as someone who is new to AM, what traffic sources to try as a noobie, etc. it literally covers everything you need to get going with AM and pops is probably the cheapest way to learn while you inevitably make mistakes like everyone just starting will. 
You should try the $1 guide just as a great way of getting familiar with paid traffic & networks
