I am using AWS server and hosted 3 domain there.
My 2-3 offers running perfect till 31st jan 2020 on pop traffic but from 1st Feb I am not getting any conversions on that offer. able to get click.
also not able to get any push subscription on monetizer from 2nd feb.
I have checked for domain blacklist on https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx then I found that all aws domain has been blacklisted with below URL. all aws US IP pool has been blacklisted.

I have checked on other website also about domain blacklist but there is no any blacklisted history showing only with mxtoolbox showing that my domains IP have been blacklisted.
Due to that I am not able to get any conversions?
What should I need to do for resolution?

I don´t use AWS myself so don´t know anything about it.
But do you have a dedicated IP there or a shared IP?
When it´s shared you always risk to get punished for stuff that others are doing.
Anyway, when it´s the whole IP pool that got blacklisted then you need a hosting with clean IP.
It´s also always good to register several cheap LP domains in bulk to always have some replacement domains in case your domain gets flagged.
I know that in your case it´s rather about IP instead of domain but just saying.
Well, for strictly LP servers I use Digital Ocean.
Takes only few minutes to have a fresh server running there ready to use.
That way you can swap very fast in case something goes wrong, you receive a complaint or your IP gets punished.
