Question about Traffic Stars (4)

Hello,
I'm running dating offers on Traffic Stars using their native inventory.

I have one big problem with them: after 2-3 days running green suddenly the traffic's quality drops dawn drastically and i received only "empty" clicks. Same sites, same spots but the traffic just don't convert. And its pretty strange because i can't believe one offer and funnel converts well one day and next 1-2 days is shit an don't have conversions hours and hours (including in the evenings). I suppose its a "bid war", but not sure. Do you face same problem with them and yes, how to fight with it? I had few conversations with my AM there but he said "everything is ok". but i'm not agree with him. Btw i'm bidding higher sometimes, but this just don't helps me

second question is about their retargeting - how to setup it. Again my AM didn't helped me with it - he just copy the paste their manual. Im following it but cant make it work unfortunately.

Also what is the average landing page's CTR? My campaign is in Spain and CTR is btw 9% and 15-17% where the higher CTR is from landing pages with pictures and the lower CTR is from landing pages with "videos" like Instagram imitation's LP

This can be either a bidding problem, as you mentioned, or it's related to the traffic rotation. Maybe they sold part of the traffic in bulk to someone, so you're not getting the clicks that converted anymore. In many cases, it helps to either pause the campaign and restart it later on, or create a new one with the same targeting. They need to sell all the traffic, but not all of it converts, so all networks rotate it in one way or another.

I had problems like that with them too, even with CTRs, suddenly the CTR drops to almost 0% without any changed from my side. But as I said, it happens with any network out there... sometimes it might be a bug too, had that happen to me several times too.

Try to pause/clone the campaigns to see if it helps any.

I don't run in Spain, but in EU it can vary quite a lot, my LP ctrs go from like 10% all the way to 40% or so, depending on how much misleading the LP is, what banners I use, how long the LP copy is etc... there is no average here. And in the end, it's about the final ROI. Very often, a 20% LP ctr can beat one with 40%.

Actually the only spot/site there i can't make profitable is xhamster, but this is their best spot with higher volumes.
Any advices about the retargeting?

Xhmaster is their best source for sure, that's how they got started in the first place, it's the in-house traffic network for xhamster I usuall buy just xhamster traffic from them too.

I didnt try their retargeting, so cant help you with that, sorry.

There is runative, I believe it's the same people as behind trafficstars. And you can try trafficfactory, they have native too.
